How do I unleash it?
1)Download the Valor Super App🛡 iOS: 🛡 Android:
2)Activate your personalized hero settings (our command center is on standby if you need setup support or check out our heroic “How To” videos).
⚠️ Pro tip: Your phone’s settings must be setup perfectly, or Valor’s powers will not work.
3)Perform your First Summon Test after setup.
4)Keep your powers sharp – test regularly to stay familiar with Valor’s response flow and super-quick features.
How do I activate Valor in an emergency?
In a moment of peril whether you’re facing villains or danger, you call out your panic word. Valor hears you. Valor awakens. Within seconds, the app sends elite responders to your exact location. Justice is on the way.
What happens when I activate Valor?
The moment Valor is triggered, the Command Center swings into full force action:
- 🛡 Armed response units are launched.
- 🏥 Medical responders are mobilized.
- 💳 Your bank’s fraud unit is notified to lock down your finances.
- 🕵️♂️ Audio intel is gathered in real time to aid your rescuers.
Can I choose my own panic word?
Absolutely! You get to choose your Secret Summon Command, a word unique to you, yet easy to remember. Choose wisely, hero. Avoid everyday phrases to prevent accidental hero call-outs.
Will Valor still respond if my phone is locked?
Yes! Valor listens even when your phone is locked like a sentinel standing guard. As long as your mic is functional and settings allow background use, your voice alone can summon the shield.
What if I accidentally call for help?
Mistaken summon? No problem! Just follow the in-app steps to deactivate the alert. You’ll receive a cancellation confirmation faster than a speeding bullet.
Does Valor work everywhere?
Valor’s powers are strongest within the borders of South Africa and areas with active cellular or Wi-Fi signals. In low-signal zones, performance may vary but Valor never gives up without a fight.
How accurate is Valor’s location tracking?
With GPS precision worthy of a spy satellite, Valor tracks your position with heroic accuracy. Signal interference may affect performance in dense city jungles or low-connectivity zones, but rest assured that Valor never loses sight of its mission.
How much data and battery life does the app use?
Data usage is very minimal and less than 20MB a month testing the app regularly.
The battery usage is generally low to moderate in normal standby use, but it will increase when active.
Standby/Background Use (Low to Moderate): it needs to run in the background and check your location to be ready for an immediate alert upon command but is usually not a top drainer.
Active Use (High): When you actually activate the SOS alert, the battery usuage will become higher because the app is:
- Using GPS continuously to track and update your location in real-time.
- Sending data over your mobile network.
- Engaging the microphone for recording.
But like all apps , when this is in use it uses the normal moderate battery consumption.
How will I know if an update is launched?
Valor will flash it’s signal through the app itself and next time you open it, the latest updates will greet you.
How will I know if the app is ever down?
In the rare event Valor falters, you’ll receive alerts via SMS or WhatsApp.
Will Valor alert my bank in case of financial threats?
Yes! When villains target your wallet, Valor alerts your bank’s elite fraud division, engaging protocols to shield your assets from harm.
How does Valor protect my privacy?
Valor’s code of honor is clear – your voice, data and location are guarded with top-tier encryption and used only to protect you. Your secrets are safe in the fortress.
Is there a subscription fee?
Yes it is only R199 per family of five per month.
